Dental lab technician & assistant.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Lab Technician & Assistant to join our dental practice. This role involves supporting the creation of dental prosthetics and assisting with daily laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, familiarity with dental procedures, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
Assist in the fabrication of dental restorations, crowns, bridges, and other prosthetic devices using CAD technology.

Prepare and process dental impressions, models, and wax-ups for laboratory work.

Operate laboratory equipment safely and efficiently, following established protocols.

Support the dental team with patient-related tasks, including sterilization, charting, and assisting during procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Collaborate with dentists and lab technicians to ensure accurate and timely production of dental appliances.

Manage inventory of supplies and materials needed for laboratory work.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental laboratory or dental assisting is preferred.

Knowledge of CAD software used in dental applications is highly desirable.

Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry.

Laboratory experience demonstrating precision and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of dental office procedures and workflows.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Certification or training in dental assisting is a plus but not required. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing their careers in dental technology and patient care within a supportive professional environment.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
