Job Overview
We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced, organized office admin.
Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years experience working as a front desk staff in a dental office
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Able to work independently
Verify insurance eligibility and process insurance claims.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
Process payments and balance daily transactions.
Maintain an organized and efficient front office.
Assist with recall and patient follow-up communications.
Order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Previous dental office administration experience must.
Experience with dental practice management software
Knowledge of dental insurance billing and claims.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
