Dental Office Administrator

Job Overview
We are an established dental practice seeking a permanent, full-time office administrator, who is enthusiastic and driven to join our vibrant team. Applicants must be available weekdays, as well as some evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate, will play an integral role in completing daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. While a dental background or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred, it is not a requirement, as training will be provided. This position does require strong communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients. Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Answer phones and effectively communicate with patients regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and address any inquiries they may have.

Utilize dental software to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate electronic billing processes.

Experience
Time management skills and the ability to work in a team or individual setting are an asset.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
