Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional patient service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with dental office procedures and software systems. The Dental Office Administrator / Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling appointment scheduling, patient communications, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and previous 1 year experience working in Dental office.
Responsibilities and Duties Include
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, specialist referrals, and recall visits
while maintaining efficient office flow.
Verify insurance eligibility, processed claims, and managed billing,
payments, and account balances accurately.
Manage phone systems, appointment confirmations, and patient
inquiries to optimize attendance and satisfaction.
Manage sterilization, disinfection, and storage of dental instruments
while ensuring strict compliance with IPAC guidelines and infection
control standards.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and insurance documentation with
strong attention to detail.
Deliver exceptional front desk support by creating a welcoming
atmosphere and ensuring positive patient experiences.
Strengthen patient retention through excellent customer service,
professionalism, and effective issue resolution.
Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and external
offices to support seamless care delivery.
Maintain confidential patient files, updated records, and ensured
precise administrative documentation.
Oversee inventory management for clinical and office supplies, ensuring
proper stock and timely reordering.
Hours include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (11am-7pm), Saturday (9am – 2pm).
