Office Manager (Co-Leadership Role)

Century Stone Dental is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our leadership team in a co-leadership role. Working alongside our Regional Manager and Office Manager, you'll help lead a high-performing team, improve systems, and ensure the practice operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and continue developing an outstanding team
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Monitor production, efficiency, and office performance
Work with senior leadership to implement systems and protocols
Drive accountability, organization, and continuous improvement
Staff and DDS Schedules
Patient Concerns
Adminstration help and Treatment planning as needed
Work with teams on KPI's
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Highly organized and detail-oriented
An exceptional multitasker who stays focused on priorities
A confident leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring others
Positive, solutions-focused, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing practice
Experienced in dental office management (preferred)
Knowledge of Curve Dental is an asset
