We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Assistant Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, the mastermind behind efficient scheduling, and the go-to person for keeping our operations seamless.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with Running the day-to-day of a comprehensive dental office
Treatment Planning for simple to major cases
Reception duties
Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
Handling patient records with precision (no lost files on your watch!)
Assisting with billing, financial reports, and office coordination
Contributing to a fun, supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of administrative experience (dental/medical office preferred, but not required)
Exceptional organization and time management skills
A friendly, professional personality with top-notch communication skills
Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
High school diploma required (college education in business or healthcare is a plus)
