Job Description
We’re Hiring!
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Coordinate patient communication by phone, text, email and in person
Schedule and confirm appointments
Keep the schedule full by managing cancellations, openings, and follow-ups
Coordinate patient flow and help keep the day running smoothly
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Maintain accurate patient information and front-office records
Provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in through check-out
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
Positive, friendly, team-oriented personality
Dependability and professionalism
Experience in the Dental field is a must
Experience with Open Dental Software is ideal but not required
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical billing procedures, and health regulation policies.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
