Job Description
Join Affordable Dentures & Implants and Help Create Healthy, Confident Smiles!
Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a skilled, patient-focused Licensed Denturist to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is responsible for designing, constructing, fitting, and repairing removable oral prosthetics — including full dentures and partial dentures — for patients with missing teeth. The ideal candidate combines precise technical craftsmanship with a warm chairside manner and takes pride in owning the case from first impression through final delivery.
Why Join Our Team?
Practice to the top of your Denturist license in a specialized setting
Own the full case — impressions, fabrication, fit, and delivery — with no hand-offs
Work in a practice focused exclusively on dentures and dental implants
Ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities
Collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
Make a meaningful impact by restoring function, comfort, and confidence for every patient
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Denturist, you'll play a central clinical role — evaluating patients, capturing accurate impressions, fabricating and fitting removable prosthetics, and delivering a finished result that fits comfortably, functions properly, and looks natural.
Take impressions used to construct, reline, and repair full and partial dentures
Perform denture adjustments, including bite registrations and hard and soft relines
Conduct oral examinations to assess tissue health, fit, and prosthetic needs
Select tooth shade, mold, and bite to achieve natural aesthetic results
Fabricate, fit, and finish removable oral prosthetics
Insert completed dentures and partials, making adjustments for fit, comfort, function, and appearance
Deliver full dentures and partial dentures chairside
Educate patients on denture wear, care, adaptation, and follow-up expectations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and lab records
Support dentists and clinical staff to keep daily patient flow on schedule
Perform additional duties to support daily clinical operations
Qualifications
Required:
Active Denturist license
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent manual dexterity for precise construction and fitting of dental appliances
Strong communication skills for patient interaction and education
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred:
Previous chairside denture or removable prosthodontics experience
Experience with hard and soft relines, repairs, and immediate dentures
Dental laboratory or denture fabrication background
Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and medical terminology
Familiarity with digital denture workflows and intraoral scanning
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly, professional, and compassionate
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Creative in the design and fabrication of prosthetics for aesthetic and functional outcomes
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences
Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow within a successful dental practice
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and sit for extended periods throughout the workday
Fine motor control and sustained hand dexterity for detailed lab and chairside work
Visual acuity for close detail work, shade matching, and fit assessment
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work safely in a clinical environment while following OSHA and infection control protocols
If you're someone who enjoys providing exceptional patient care and wants to grow your career in a specialized practice, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to transforming lives—one smile at a time.
