Dental Office Front Desk (English/Spanish preferred)

Our company is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our cohesive team. The ideal candidate for this role is articulate, well-spoken, professional in appearance, and has a positive attitude. Experience in a dental or medical front office is preferred but strong customer support skills can be substituted and we will train the right person. Experience with Oryx or any other dental software also beneficial. The Front Desk plays an important role welcoming patients, scheduling patients, and collecting payment from patients. Responsibilities
Keep the schedule full which sometimes requires calling patients directly to schedule appointments.

Collect payments from patients.

Check patient in/out
Keep patient files updated
Requirements
Front desk experience in a dental/medicak office. Strong Customer Service. Professional appearance and outgoing attitude. Reliability is critical to this position. Available 9-5 Monday thru Thursday and 9-2 on Friday.
