Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist join our team in Alhambra, CA. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all patients.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments promptly and accurately.

Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.

Maintain, organize, and update patient records and documentation.

Perform administrative duties such as handling emails, filing paperwork, and other clerical tasks.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software; familiarity with dental software is a plus.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.

Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (prefered).
