We are seeking to add an experienced, outgoing, and professional Front Desk Dental Receptionist to become an important part of our patient-focused practice. Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Answer and manage multi-line phone calls
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Process patient check-in and check-out
Present treatment estimates and collect patient payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
Handle administrative tasks while maintaining a positive, professional office atmosphere
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of dental front desk/dental experience required
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient care
