Modern dental office in Coral Gables is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a positive and professional experience while managing front desk and insurance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental software
Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient communication
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit insurance claims, including narratives and attachments
Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims, aging, and collections
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Communicate clearly with patients regarding financial responsibilities
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental front desk role
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
Proven experience managing claims, aging reports, and collections
Experience with dental software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
