Join Our Front Desk Dream Team!
Are you a people-person with a bright smile and thrive in a fast paced, upbeat environment? Our privately owned, busy pediatric dental and orthodontic office is growing and we are searching for a friendly, bright, energetic person with orthodontic or dental front desk experience!

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries or scheduling patient appointments with warmth and positivity
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor and manage check-out efficiently
Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
Assist patients with understanding of insurance benefits, coverage details and treatment plans
Ensure all patient forms and paperwork are completed accurately
Qualifications:
Dental or orthodontic front desk experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with dental documentation systems, such as Dentrix or Ortho2 Edge is a plus
Understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes is an advantage

Monday 9-7:30
Tuesday 7-4
Wednesday 8-5:30
Thursday 9-7:30
Friday OFF
1-2 Saturdays per month 7:30-1:30

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
