In the role of Dental Office Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and managing the front desk operations of our dental practice. Your core skills in medical administrative support and clerical experience will ensure efficient handling of patient records and appointments. With premium skills in Eaglesoft and medical terminology, you will facilitate seamless communication between patients and dental staff. Your strong customer service and communication skills will enhance patient experiences, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to providing exceptional dental care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Set up appointments /Dr's schedules, present treatment plans and verify insurances
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist in the dental field. Eaglesoft software experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is preferred
