Dental Office Manager Morrison Dental Care — Clifton Park, NY Full-time, Monday–Friday $75,000–$95,000 per year (depending on experience)
Morrison Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to help lead our team in a supportive, relationship-focused practice committed to high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
We are a privately owned practice known for our warm culture, strong team relationships, and philosophy of “casual elegance” — where details matter and patients are treated with genuine care and attention.
This role is ideal for a strong dental leader who brings both operational experience and emotional intelligence and who values clear communication, accountability, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Operations
Lead the team with consistency, professionalism, and strong communication
Oversee daily operations to support an efficient and productive schedule
Support team accountability, workflow management, and operational systems
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office protocols
Coordinate team meetings and support follow-through on priorities and goals
Provide support with advanced treatment coordination and overall case flow
Financial & Practice Performance
Review daily production, collections, and adjustments
Assist with KPI tracking and monthly reporting
Support accounts receivable, billing accuracy, and financial communication
Help identify workflow opportunities that improve efficiency and practice performance
What We’re Looking For
Dental office management experience required
Strong understanding of dental workflows, scheduling, and patient communication
Experience supporting treatment presentation and financial conversations preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain accountability in a positive, professional way
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable navigating change and helping teams move forward together
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
