Searching for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is motivated to elevate both patient experience and team culture.

About the Role
The Office Manager is a key leader in the practice, partnering closely with clinical and regional leadership to ensure operational excellence. This role balances strategy and execution — blending business acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of patient care operations.

You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact every day — driving practice performance, leading and developing team members, and ensuring the office runs efficiently and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the practice’s mission and values
Collaborate with clinical and regional leaders to make operational and financial decisions
Manage payroll, staffing, and HR coordination, including hiring, training, and performance management
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage team bonus programs
Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement strategies
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer standards
Oversee vendor relations, inventory, and facility upkeep
Perform cross-functional administrative duties as needed (scheduling, treatment coordination, etc.)
Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, or medical office management role preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving ability and business sense
Collaborative, professional, and patient-centered mindset
Reliable, adaptable, and committed to growth and excellence
