Willard Family Dental is a privately owned dental office in Willard, MO. We have been serving Willard and the surrounding communities for more than 40 years. We are committed to providing our patients with honest and compassionate treatment while using modern techniques. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, trustworthy, and professional candidate to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. The successful candidates will be responsible for greeting patients, processing insurance documentation and answering questions about dental procedures and services provided by our office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking and communicating effectively with patients and staff members. Pay is depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Receive patients' dental records and update.
Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of services and procedures provided by the dental office.
Assist patients with dental insurance forms and payment methods.
Answer and forward incoming telephone calls in a timely manner.
Ensure that all patient forms are complete and accurate.
Promote positive customer relations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
