Job Description

Well established Dental office in North York is looking to add to our great Administrative Team. This candidate must be a strong English communicator, organized and good at multi-tasking. Canadian dental receptionist experience or Tracker software knowledge is a strong asset!

This candidate should also be a friendly, empathetic individual who will be supportive to our team and provide every patient with a great customer experience.

The position is for 30-35 hours per week, includes every other Saturday and some weekday evenings.

Responsibilities include:
Presenting dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
Managing the schedule for 2-3 providers
Coordinating patient care and follow-ups
Discussing fees, insurance, and payment options
Supporting patient communication and case acceptance
Working closely with the dentist and clinical team
Ability to do recalls, proficient on the phone

Previous dental office experience is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, professional, and patient-focused
Comfortable with dental software and insurance coordination (eg Tracker)
Knowledgeable about dental terms
Committed to a long term employment
