Job Description
This position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, enjoys variety in their day, and doesn't mind jumping in wherever help is needed. No dental experience is required, we are happy to train the right person!
Our office is modern, technology-driven, and focused on providing exceptional patient care. We utilize digital scanners, CBCT technology, same-day dentistry capabilities, 3D printing, implant technology, and a fully digital workflow. While our technology is impressive, what matters most is creating a positive experience for our patients and supporting one another as a team.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist patients
Answer phones and help schedule appointments
Support both front office and clinical team members
Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
Assist wherever needed throughout the day
Deliver excellent customer service and patient care
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and professional personality
Strong communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset
Customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or dental experience is a plus, but not required
