Dental Office Receptionist-AH

We are seeking to hire an additional and Dental experienced Receptionist to join our Arlington Heights (MT Prospect) office full-time. Responsibilities:
Welcoming/checking in patients and processing new patient registration
Schedule and confirm appointments
Collect payments and verify insurance
Review treatment plans with patients
Create a positive experience for all patients
Qualifications:
Familiarity with dental patient management software is preferred
Experience in the dental field or willingness to learn
Bilingual in Russain/Ukranian Required
Overachieving attitude and enhanced customer service skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Work Schedule:
Full-time; Monday- Friday (please view our website for business hours) with Saturday availability (8am-2pm) required; so staff are given another day off during the week.
