Job Description
We're a high end cosmetic & General dental office looking for a full time receptionist with opportunity to become office manager in the near future.
Prior dental office experience NOT required. All necessary training will be provided.

General responsibilities may include the following:
* Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
* Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
* Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
* Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
* Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
* providing telephonic reminders & post-op calls
* Communicating with insurance company to determine patient's eligibility, coverage
* Present and explain financial agreement and treatment plan relating to insurance coverage & copayments
* Collecting payments as needed.
* Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
