We’re looking for a Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our new dental office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, building relationships with patients, and helping to shape a positive office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a dental front office role.
Professionalism: We pride ourselves on top-rated customer service.
Skills: Phone skills, tech savvy, ability to learn new software's quickly, multitasker.
Software Knowledge: Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
First Impressions Matter: Answer phones and greet patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Organized and Efficient: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office operations.
Flexible and Patient-Centered: Provide a high level of service and be adaptable to patient needs.
Timely and Consistent: Uphold high standards of cleanliness, timeliness, and service.
Scheduling: Handle booking appointments for patients.
