Dental Office Receptionist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and highly organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, professional environment while ensuring the front office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar efficiently
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and communicate clearly with patients and team members
Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payments
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine sense of friendliness and compassion
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
