Job Description
Join our growing team at the East Bay's premier modern dental practice! We have ditched the "old school" clinic feel for a beautiful, paperless, high-tech environment in Danville. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organized individual to work closely with our management team to run our front office and serve as the welcoming face of our practice.
Who we are looking for: Dental or healthcare experience is a huge plus, but it is not strictly required. We operate on a concierge model—meaning we don't double-book or treat our office like a factory. We are looking for a true partner with a premium customer service mindset, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to float where the team needs help the most.
Key Responsibilities (We will train the right fit!):
The Concierge Experience: Greet patients with a 5-star, VIP attitude and ensure their visit is seamless from start to finish.
Front Desk Management: Partner directly with practice leadership to answer phones, manage text communications, and optimize patient scheduling.
Float Support: Step in to assist with back-office duties to keep the clinic running smoothly (e.g., room turnover, light sterilization, seating patients).
Business Operations: Learn to verify dental insurance (PPO plans) and accurately present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
Requirements:
A welcoming smile, positive energy, and a highly professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills—you must be comfortable speaking on the phone and drafting polished text/email responses.
Adaptability and a team-player attitude, willing to jump between administrative tasks and clinical support.

Job Type: Part-Time (with strong growth potential)
