Duties
Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with check-in procedures using Dentrix
Schedule patient appointments efficiently while managing multiple-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.

Verify insurance coverage, process insurance claims, and perform insurance verification to facilitate smooth billing processes.

Maintain accurate and organized medical records, including documentation review for completeness and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions about procedures, billing, or scheduling with clarity and empathy.

Requirements
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy.

Strong phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems professionally and efficiently.

Ability to review medical documentation accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.52 per hour
