We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to be the face of our office. We are a close-knit team dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience, and we’re seeking a long-term team member who can help us manage the daily business of the practice. Join our dynamic dental team and become a vital part of delivering exceptional oral healthcare! In this energetic role! Dental Office Experience is a must.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and managing the front desk with a welcoming attitude.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently.
Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients.
Handling billing, processing payments, and managing patient accounts.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role; dental office experience is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Experience with any dental software like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, AsproDental.
