Front Desk Receptionist – Dental Office
Texas Choice Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Receptionist to join our front desk team.

Previous dental office receptionist experience is preferred. Preference will also be given to applicants who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

We are expanding our office hours and are looking for someone who can work the following schedule:
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Duties
Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Contact patients who are overdue for appointments and assist with scheduling
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked
Schedule follow-up appointments as patients check out
Process patient payments
Verify dental insurance benefits with insurance companies
Scan patient documents and properly dispose of outdated records
Complete end of day cash register balancing and closing procedures
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
Dental office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Willingness to learn and adapt
Positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Education
College degree not required
