Dental Office Receptionist

Overview
We are in search of an experienced Dental Office Receptionist. You will handle front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication between patients and our clinical team. Responsibilities
Take care of all aspects required of a Dental Office Receptionist
Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a friendly atmosphere at the front desk
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

Collect and process payments, insurance information.

Verify patient insurance coverage, explain benefits, and assist with dental insurance inquiries
Maintain accurate dental records and review documentation for completeness and compliance with HIPAA policies
Dental billing processes
Ensure confidentiality of all patient information following clinical confidentiality policies
Qualifications
Proven experience in a dental office setting with strong clerical and administrative skills
Familiarity with dental software and ability to learn new software quickly
Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT codes and HIPAA regulations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person
Strong computer skills
Clinic experience background is highly desirable
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
