Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and well organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. This role is an important first point of contact for our patients. The responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling phone communications, collecting payments, and supporting other administrative functions. This is a fast paced environment in which organization and dependability are essential.
Experience
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is helpful, but not required.
Proficiency with computer skills and ability to learn new processes and software.
Ability to learn and understand basic insurance policies.
