Memorial Avenue Dentistry is looking to hire a long term full time receptionist to our team.
The ideal candidate would have exceptional customer service skills along with being able to work in a fast paced environment. Dental experience is not a requirement but a strong asset. Our team provides a great learning environment for optimal success in your role.
Job Description:
Greeting patients
Scheduling appointments
Process payments and manage billing/insurance submissions
Administrative tasks
Maintaine accurate patient reords and charts
Coordinate with Dentists and Clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
