Dental Office Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, respectful Dental Receptionist to join our team full time and permanent position.

Responsibilities
Working respectfully and cooperatively with our team members and patients
Able to write and verbally communicate information with patients, insurance companies, and service providers
Maintain electronic medical records with attention to detail and confidentiality
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software such as ABLEDent
Willing to work two late evening every month
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and handle appointment requests
Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately
Experience
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a dental office setting is preferred
Knowledge of dental practice management software such as ABLEDent is required
Experience working in customer care is required, experience in a medical or healthcare office environment is beneficial
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are crucial for success in this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
