About us
We are customer-centric, professional, engaging dental office located in Scarsdale, and our goal is to provide a quality dental care in a professional manner. We are looking for an "entry level" dental front desk staff.
Please apply only if you are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and two Saturdays per month.
Our work environment includes:
On-the-job training
Modern office setting with digital xrays and chartings
Growth opportunities
Job Description includes:
Answering calls, scheduling/confirming/follow up appointments, taking payments, posting payments. Verifying insurance eligibility.
Providing quality customer service to patients, assist back office and dentist if needed.
Office maintenance.
Qualifications:
Any receptionist/sales experience 1+ year is required.
Dental Receptionist experience 1+ year is preferred.
Minimum highschool degree
Dental experience is welcome but not required - Front desk training is available for the right person.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
