Job Description
Our Oral Surgery office is seeking a dedicated front-desk receptionist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients
Answering phones and routing calls
Scheduling consultations, follow-ups, and surgeries
Ensuring patient paperwork is properly completed
Ensuring referral letters and x-rays are received in a timely manner
Assisting with treatment planning when necessary
Taking payments and allocating them to patient ledgers
Maintaining a clean reception area
Insurance verification, claims, and aging reports
Other duties as assigned
Preferred:
Bilingual Spanish speaking
1-2 years of experience in a dental or oral surgery office.
Basic understanding of dental insurance
Medical/Dental billing experience is a plus
Compensation:
Pay is dependent on experience and skill level
90-day review after hiring
