Dental / Orthodontic Assistant (Full-Time) $1,200 Sign-On Bonus | $24-$28/hr | Albany, NY

Pediatric Dentistry of Albany is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. PayPerks:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
$1,200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:
Full-time - Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary slightly)
Location: In-person role at our Albany, NY office
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during exams and procedures (chairside support)
Take dental X-rays and support hygiene appointments
Greet and prepare patients for treatment
Set up and clean operatories, manage supply inventory
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Educate, comfort, and engage pediatric patients during their visit
Assist with front office duties as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of dental or orthodontic assistant experience, OR Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
X-ray license preferred
Pediatric dental experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Familiarity with dental charting and treatment planning
Friendly, professional, and calm demeanor-especially with kids
Willingness to relocate to Albany, NY if not local
