Job Description
Orthodontic Practice Manager – Las Vegas Braces ( Tracel between our locations)
For more than 30 years, Las Vegas Braces has been a trusted orthodontic practice in Southern Nevada. Today, our three-doctor clinical team and approximately 20 team members serve patients across two locations on the Charleston corridor. Following a period of growth and change, we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can bring stability, accountability, strong systems, and thoughtful leadership to the next chapter of the practice.
This is more than a traditional office manager position. As Practice Manager, you will be the on-site operational leader across both locations, partnering closely with the Regional Manager and doctors to turn goals into clear priorities, strong execution, and measurable results. You will inherit a team that needs a steady, credible leader who can build trust, create consistency, and hold people accountable while preserving a patient-first culture.
The role is especially well suited to a proven multi-site dental or orthodontic leader who wants meaningful ownership without multi-state travel. You do not report to the doctors, but your ability to earn their trust, influence decisions, and create alignment will be critical to your success.
What You Will Own
Lead day-to-day operations across two locations, including scheduling, patient flow, staffing, front- and back-office efficiency, huddles, and operating rhythms.
Partner with the Regional Manager on practice performance, budgeting, P&L review, collections, AR, deposits, insurance workflows, and operational forecasting.
Hire, coach, develop, and hold accountable approximately 20 team members while strengthening culture, engagement, and retention.
Translate growth goals into staffing models, provider schedules, new-patient conversion strategies, and operational capacity.
Build and reinforce practical SOPs, accountability systems, and consistent standards across both offices.
Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, state board, records, and confidentiality standards and use the practice management system as a tool for performance and decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of progressive dental or orthodontic operations leadership, including at least 2 years overseeing multiple locations or multiple doctors.
Dental / Orthodontic experience strongly preferred; OSO/DSO experience highly valued.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including the ability to understand and act on P&L performance, collections, AR aging, overhead, and key operating metrics.
A calm, credible and hands-on leadership style with a track record of building strong teams and navigating change.
Comfort influencing doctors and senior stakeholders through relationships, data, judgment, and clear communication.
Experience with dental practice management systems; Ortho2 Edge is preferred but not required.
What We Offer
$80,000-$93,000 base salary plus a 20% performance incentive plan.
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA/FSA, EAP, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
