At Coliseum Dental, we believe exceptional dentistry starts with an exceptional patient experience. We are introducing a brand new role, the Dental Patient Care Concierge, an elevated version of the traditional Patient Care Coordinator. This position combines outstanding customer service, patient coordination, and proactive follow-up to ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from their very first interaction with our practice.
We're looking for more than a front office team member. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves caring for people. This position is ideal for an experienced dental professional who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable patient experiences, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and valued before they even arrive at our office and throughout every step of their dental journey.
Your Mission
As our Dental Patient Care Concierge, your mission is to create an exceptional experience for every patient by delivering personalized care, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring every step of the patient journey is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. From the first phone call or message before a patient arrives to follow-up care after treatment, you'll help make every interaction reflect the high standard of care that defines Coliseum Dental.
What You'll DoCreate an Exceptional New Patient Experience
Be the first point of contact for new patients before they arrive.
Welcome and greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Guide patients through the new patient process and help them feel comfortable from the moment they enter the office.
Assist with new patient paperwork and answer questions.
Coordinate a seamless patient onboarding experience.
Work with the administrative team to ensure all necessary information is complete, including insurance verification when needed.
Build Lasting Patient Relationships
Follow up with new patients after their visit to ensure they had an exceptional experience.
Answer questions, address concerns, and help patients understand their next steps.
Build trust through personalized communication and exceptional service.
Provide Post-Operative Support
Perform post-operative follow-up calls after treatment.
Communicate any patient concerns to the appropriate doctor or team member.
Deliver outstanding support for patients following specialty procedures.
Support Hygiene & Patient Retention
Contact patients who are due or overdue for hygiene appointments.
Help reactivate inactive hygiene patients.
Support the hygiene team by helping maintain a productive schedule.
Encourage long-term relationships through consistent patient follow-up.

Qualifications
Dental office experience is required.
Experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Front Office Coordinator, or a similar dental role is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Dentrix Ascend, NexHealth, or similar dental software is a plus.
