Job Description
Do you love patients and learning every day? Here at Generations Family Dental, we love our patients and getting the chance to make a difference in people’s lives every day!
In this role, you'll support our patients with greeting and checking in and out, scheduling, email, phone, and text communications, posting insurance (we can train), and care coordinating duties. We don’t need a paper pusher or someone who will just sit and answer the phone mindlessly. We’re looking for a team member that our patients love to communicate with. Ideally, you’ll be a person who will remember the little details and get excited to ask the patients how their vacations went, how their grandkids are, and if they’re fitting into their new home well!
We’re thrilled to be looking for an additional team member to support our 4-doctor and 40-employee team. If you’re ready to bring your energy to a cohesive and supportive team and make a real impact, we’d love to talk with you!
About the office:
Dentrix
Digital X-rays/CBCT
Paperless/chartless office
General dental office in addition to offering cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, implants, orthodontics, extractions, Botox, IV and oral sedation, etc.
The schedule is always exciting with a wide variety of procedures, follow-ups, and tasks!

Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7AM - 7PM
Friday: 7AM - 2PM
No Weekends
* We are looking for someone full-time about 38-40 hours per week. This will be a mix of opening and closing shifts!
