Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.
Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates.
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements:
Dental office experience required.
Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday:
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM or
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday:
7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
No weekends!
