Patient care coordinator.
People person who is friendly, energetic, positive, punctual, and organized.
Confident handling of payments and scheduling.
Want to grow into a leadership or office manager role.
Experience with Dentrix Ascend and Weave preferred.
Key duties: phone & text, scheduling, patient guidance through treatment acceptance. Help patients feel comfortable saying yes to the care they need. Help patients sign up for financing.
