Dental Patient Care Coordinator

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. We are an established dental organization focused on delivering a five-star patient experience from the moment a patient walks through the door to the moment they leave.

What You’ll Do
Create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient
Manage patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
Maintain an organized and productive daily schedule
Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed
Verify dental insurance and accurately review patient benefits
Review treatment plans and communicate treatment costs and financial options
Collect patient payments and assist with account questions
Manage incoming calls, messages, and patient requests
Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and leadership
Keep patient information and documentation accurate and up to date
Help resolve patient concerns with professionalism and urgency
Support the team in maintaining an efficient and positive office environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental front-office experience is required
Bilingual English/Spanish is required
Open Dental experience is required
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and benefit verification
Comfortable discussing treatment plans, financial responsibilities, and payment options
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, confident, and positive attitude
Able to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Team-oriented and willing to support others when needed
Coachable and interested in continued professional development

Schedule
Monday through Saturday availability is required.

Our dental offices operate in a Monday through Saturday environment, and candidates must be comfortable with a schedule that includes Saturdays.
