What You'll Do
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
Process payments and assist with insurance claims
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Communicate clearly with referring dental offices and patients
Help keep the front office running efficiently while creating an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
Previous dental front office experience
Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment estimates, and billing preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and a genuine passion for patient care
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
