We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our dental practice. If you enjoy helping people and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm professional attitude
Answer in coming calls and schedule appointments
Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
Coordinate patient treatment plans and follow-up apppointments
Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements
Support the dental team in providing an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
Previous dental experience a MUST!
Knowledge of dental insurance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
