Clearly explain insurance benefits, treatment estimates, and out-of-pocket costs with patience, empathy, and transparency.
Create a welcoming first impression by answering phones, greeting patients, and providing exceptional front office support whenever needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information in Dentrix with a high level of attention to detail.
Proactively identify and resolve insurance or scheduling issues before they impact the patient experience.
