Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our front office team. The right candidate will be a team player who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and smooth experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with insurance verification
Treatment plan coordination and estimates
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or front desk experience required
Dental office experience strongly preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with computers and scheduling software
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
