Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – Dental Office
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential to the patient experience—you will be the first impression of our office and play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk in.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrives in a patient-focused environment. Greeting patients by name, remembering details about them, and making sure they understand we are a relationship based office not a corporate mill is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements clearly and confidently
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Submit and track insurance claims
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front office area
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft is preferred)
