- Work phone system efficiently
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient check-in/out
-Insurance verification and billing questions
-Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
