Job Description

Help us create an exceptional patient experience.

Schrott Perio Implants is seeking a personable, proactive, and detail-oriented dental administrator to join our established periodontal and dental implant practice in Belmont.

Our practice is known for high-quality care, clinical expertise, and a thoughtful, personalized approach. Located in a community that values education and healthcare, we serve an engaged patient population that appreciates clear communication, attentive service, and lasting relationships with our team.

As a dental administrator, you will be a welcoming first point of contact and an essential part of each patient’s experience—from the first phone call through treatment and follow-up. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in doing things well, and wants to contribute to a respected specialty practice.

About the role
You will work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to keep the office running smoothly and help patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the practice calendar.

Explaining administrative aspects of treatment, answering billing questions, and helping patients navigate dental insurance.

Verifying insurance benefits, assisting with claims, and processing payments.

Maintaining accurate, organized patient records and handling confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Coordinating referrals, patient intake, and follow-up appointments.

Supporting daily office operations, including correspondence, data entry, supply ordering, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Communicating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate brings dental office experience, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership. You should feel comfortable balancing a busy schedule with the personal attention each patient deserves.

Qualifications include:
Prior administrative or front desk experience in a dental office.

Working knowledge of dental insurance, billing, terminology, and procedures.

Proficiency in Dentrix and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.

Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

The ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through reliably.

Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Why join our practice?

You will play a meaningful role in a well-established specialty practice where quality, professionalism, and patient relationships guide our work. If you enjoy helping people and want to bring your skills to a team that takes pride in exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
