Experienced Dental Front Desk Professional – NOW HIRING
We are looking for an experienced dental front desk professional to join our growing, fast-paced dental practice.

We are seeking someone who is professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy dental office. Previous dental front desk experience is required. Experience with Open Dental is strongly preferred, but not required.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous dental front desk experience REQUIRED
Experience working in a fast-paced dental office
Open Dental experience preferred
Strong patient service and communication skills
Experience with dental scheduling and appointment coordination
Insurance verification and understanding of dental benefits
Treatment plan presentation and patient financial discussions
Ability to collect payments and manage patient accounts
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable and dependable
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Present treatment plans and discuss financial responsibilities
Collect patient payments
Maintain accurate patient accounts
Coordinate with doctors, hygienists, and assistants
Help maintain an efficient and positive front-office environment
Provide an exceptional patient experience
