Dental Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour

We are seeking a warm, energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create an exceptional experience from the first phone call through treatment completion. What You'll Do
Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
Answer multi-line phones and manage patient communications promptly and effectively
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments for doctors and hygienists
Proactively manage and fill provider schedules to maximize efficiency and patient access
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility, explain coverage, and collect co-pays and payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Review and update patient information, treatment plans, and account details
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional patient experience
Process payments and assist with financial arrangements as needed
Manage appointment reminders, patient follow-ups, and recall systems
Support front office operations through data entry and administrative tasks
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on patient care and wellness
What We're Looking For
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes preferred
Experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
