Job Description

Carolina Lakes Family Dental is seeking a full-time experienced Front Desk Patient Coordinator to start immediately. The hours are Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm. Responsibilities include greeting patients, check-ins, check-outs, answering phones, verify insurances, prepare pre-authorizations and help with other administrative duties.

4. Professional appearance and demeanor.

5. High school graduate.

6. Loving, caring and a genuine interest to join dentistry
7. Very motivated and willing to learn
Desired Skills
8. Experience in Medical/Dental office with insurance and claims
9. Knowledge of dental terminology or dental coding.

10. Knowledge of Dentrix or Eaglesoft
